Commission Terms of Services
Submitting an Order:
If you are contacting me for a Quote, Question, or are ready to order a Commission, please email me at [email protected] with these notes attached. If there is an option, price, or an answer that this server does not have, you are more than welcome to email me without filling all of these notes!
★ Preferred name
★ Optional contact if any information is lost for any reason. I may contact you through Discord for faster process.
★ Include your Paypal email for any invoices

★ When your piece is uploaded publicly, your name will remain anonymous. This is to protect the customer's identity, as I have previously come across suspicious stranger activity that has me believe they could be a stalker or scammer.
★ I will only be accepting orders via email. DMs are okay, but preferably an email would be much easier to keep things in order
★ References, photos, information, smaller details that may be only available in text, etc. is all accepted when asking for a quote or order.
Please refrain making text given descriptions much longer than 500 words, as my memory/dyslexic issues may get some details lost in the process
★ Orders are not first come first serve, paid orders have priority. If I do not receive follow up emails for wips, I will send reminders before i mark your commission as 'paused'.
★ SFW and NSFW references and works will be available at this time.

-Blue tones will have to be more muted. Any strong tones will stress my eyes out and impede my ability to work.

★ Redistributing my works for any NFTs ( Non-Fungible Tokens ) or Cryptocurrency is absolutely PROHIBITED, and if finding my works being used as such will be taken down via DMCA ( Digital Millennium Copyright Act )
This also applies for Ai and Bitcoins.
★ Ordering a commission is for the customer to own. I will not be selling merchandise. The customer will be involved with the commission's process all the way through, and I will need confirmations along the way to make sure the "sketch > lines > base colors > shaded colors > and final details" suits the customer's needs. When each phase has been approved, the customer is not allowed to make any major changes. These changes must be recognized before having any phase approved. If the customer must have a change, a sir fee will be charged and may start at $50+.
★ At this time, there is no limit to how many pieces a customer can order, but I may close my shop at any time to minimize stress, and finish the queue to the best of my abilities★★★Adoptable Information★★★,
★ If the customer is only buying an existing design, they are allowed to resell at any time so long as the selling price is equal to or less than its original price. If they plan to keep the design, they are allowed to make personal merchandise either for themselves or give as gifts to friends and/or family.
★ Payment Plans are accepted!
The catch is I will only work the same amount that the piece has been paid for. easy peasy
(i.e. 50% has only been paid, then only 50% will be worked on)
★ Refunds are not available at this time, but I will be doing the best of my abilities to make sure everyone is satisfied with their piece. If some form of refund is demanded, it will be discussed via email.
★ Due to recent issues, i will require you to be sober to order and approve any of your commission's payment's and processes.
★ The finished piece will be sent back 1 Non-watermarked PNG File
The owner may use their original file for personal use.
